A few weeks ago I asked an agent to pick up work on one of my own projects. It opened a fresh terminal, looked around, found nothing it recognized, and built a brand new copy of a project I already had. That was not the agent being careless. Nothing on the machine had ever told it where the real one lived. The only map of my own work was a memory in my head, and a memory does not survive contact with a machine where agents do the building.

The shocking result: a 21 GB coding-tuned model ran an OpenClaw-shaped research-brief workload that I use for the non profit MACONA.org in 6 seconds — 10x faster than gpt-oss:120b on the same prompt. Fast enough that I now have reasonable confidence I could move this kind of work off the SaaS-hosted frontier models I have been paying for and onto local hardware on my dev machine.

Gotcha with CICD and Azure Static WebApps

TLDR; If you are ever in the unfortunate situation where your token thats issued when you create an Azure Static Web App is unobtainable or destroyed and you are trying to CI/CD from your Repo in GitHub you will get an error in your deployment pipeline in GitHub Actions. To remedy the issue you can reset your Token in the Azure Portal and then create a new GitHub Secret in the Repo with the new reset token GUID and you will be all sorted.
